
Account Deletion – SATA Mall
We respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account from the **SATA Mall** app, you can do so in one of the following two ways:
1. Delete Account from Within the App
You can delete your account directly from the app by following these steps:
1. Log in to your account in the SATA Mall app.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Select Settings.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion request.
After confirming the request, your account and associated data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. Request Account Deletion via Email
If you are unable to delete your account from within the app, you can submit an account deletion request via email.
Please send an email to:
[info@satamall.co](mailto:info@satamall.co)
The email should ideally include the following information:
* Username associated with the account
* Phone number linked to the account
* Email address registered with the app (if applicable)
* Explicit request to delete the account
The support team will review the request and take the necessary steps to delete the account as soon as possible.
Important Notes
* After deleting your account, you may not be able to recover previous data or requests.
* Some data may be retained for a limited period if required for legal or regulatory reasons.
